MILLIONS FOR THE RICH; PENNIES FOR THE POOR if that..
 http://www.journalgazette.net/news/local/Ash-Brokerage-seeking-tax-abatement-5087106
more corporate welfare- more cost over runs- over time over budget.
meanwhile councilmen crawford; harper; jehl;  shill for union busting laws from TEA/GOP statehouse to lower the construction labor costs for these ill planned projects..

seems every other week- we see the same faces at city council panhandling for more taxpayers largess; corporate welfare- yet-   any money for the homeless or the poor; or HOME IMPROVEMENT IN THE SOUTH OF THE TRACK  part of town?
FORGET ABOUT IT..

Ash Brokerage seeking tax abatement

Paul Wyche | The Journal Gazette

Ash Skyline officials are making their first tax assistance request to the city.
Ash Brokerage Corp., 7609 W. Jefferson Blvd., will seek an abatement on a $27.2 million development in downtown Fort Wayne. The project is part of the $98 million Ash Skyline Plaza project that is to include an apartment high rise anchored by a new corporate headquarters for insurer Ash Brokerage, planned to sit atop a city-owned parking garage.
First, though, the insurance services provider hopes to save nearly $4.4 million in taxes during a 10-year span. Ash will add 50 jobs over the next three years with salaries averaging $51,000, according to paperwork filed with the city.
Additionally, Revenue Cycle Service Center Inc., a medical billing company, wants to spend more than $6.3 million to renovate a 63,000-square-foot space at its location on Magnavox Way on the city's south west side. The company is requesting a 10-year abatement that will save $709,759.
Both projects will be introduced to the Fort Wayne City Council Feb. 24.
