FTW CITY CODE- NO HOMELESS ALLOWED 130.99

NO SLEEPING OUTDOORS, UNDER BRIDGES, IN PUBLIC; ETC
READ IT AND then ask your city council to re-write this local law; and  see if the FWPD- can   do anything about not being so heavy handed towards the homeless.
BUT- when out on "homeless enforcement Patrols- to be sure the FWPD- checks peoples IDs for fugutives, unregistered sex offenders; violent felons, and so on; and to direct  the holeless out in the cold- to places where they can get indorrs and get some help; as the homless are typically people with mental health issues, mental  disabilities -  low IQ; etc;  or so on..

CITY CODE LAWS NEED TO BE ENFORCED, OR CHANGED- as a so-called "nation-of laws"- this situation cannot stand- the police need to do their jobs. at the least- check for warrants, other law compliances..
