TOM COOK- "CEO" ( and political candidate) has disclosed to the Allen county election board this is NOT a registered charity; NOR does he have a valid business license to raise money.
He even stated ( under Oath)- its him and a bunch of guys raising money- asking for donations - to "help the needy".
He was compared to the other panhandling scammer group known as the "Sand Box Veterans"
I have been researching MR COOK and his business dealings and his various residences.
this "helping the needy"- has addresses at various locations around fort wayne; and his phone numbers - have links to a vacant store front at Hanna and buchanan- ; and his present phone number- is linked to a House- which HE does NOT own- per public records checks; and the phone number to that house is tied to ANOTHER 4TH PARTY-.
THIS man and his CHARITY/SCAM- IS HIGHLY SKETCHY TO SAY THE LEAST.
I have met Mr Cook on several occasions; and he seems to me to be a low grade of a criminal of some sort.
AT the aforementioned ELECTION BOARD MEETING- Mr Cook was highly agitated; and while under oath, and questioning about HIS'HELPING THE NEEDY" enterprise; his hands were shaking like a leaf; and his testimony- VOISE STRESS LEVELS- were off the charts.
Im not a Police Profiler; but I DO know about Psychology- and human behavior to know this man
is /was not completely truthful.
Lastly- he said well- i folded up this business anyway- we dont /arent raising any more money 'HELPING THE NEEDY".
so- if THAT IS TRUE- then MR COOKS SCAM CHARITY needs to be removed from the Internet; and REPORTED TO THE ATTORNEY GENERAL, FOR TAX EVASION, AND CORRUPT BUSINESS PRACTICES.

I know this may seem political-
However I just dont like criminals and sketchy shady characters in political office. after all we all know they commit their major felonies AFTER elections, right? ( humor..)
BUT im pursuing this with you all because i also dont like charity scammers- preying on the sympathetic.
