so a question- if these forms are to be signed in the presence of an election board clerk/staff-
HOW??? did this slip by?
very first line?
Thomas Christopher Henry??
whos he?
and so- who filled out the form, signed it turned it in?
Is that a stamped signature on side 2?
This would seem to invalidate the entire filing- thus invalidating Mayor Henry's candidacy in the Primary; thus he s removed from the ballot.
?
AND- Democrat Party chairman John court attached a letter stating Mr henry was an "Upright firm standing member of the allen county democrat party..
WOW! SOMEONE STEPPED IN THIS BADLY- UP TO THE NECK.
this a such an amateurish error- i cant believe it. this cant even be written off as a "scriveners error"- as always alwasy always read something before you sign it- to insure accuracy; and EMBARRASSING MISTAKES..
so_ just wanted to fact check my CAN-1 ( CAN-I? I-CAN) 1 CAN- AS THRASH CAN THIS INCUMBENTS CANDIDACY..

I was reviewing my candidate challenge of Mr Henry; and it ocurred to me: (riddle me this.)
page 1 of form can-42- bottom of the page
"candidate name information"
talks about voters registration name changes be the same as the name on this "can-42"- and copy be forwarded tp the county voter registration office for any necessary change.
so" riddle me that"- what does this filing erro do to Mr Henry's voters registration as well: and doe this thusly invalidate His voters registration for can-42 filing purposes as well; thusly invalidating
his candidacy and knocking him off the ballot on a "technicality"?
State election Minutiae?
as Ross Perot once quipped " well- the devils in the details, Larry"
like lawyers etc are fond of saying- always read the fine print; check the paperwork; then sign
This is like Deja vu all over again- remember a few years ago- the doug foy/ GOP paperwork filing incident?
**** ARE YOU ALL SURE THAT WHOMEVER DROPPED OFF MR HENRY'S PAPERWORK- SIGNED AND DATED IT IN FRONT OF YOU?
AND WHAT WAS MAYOR HENRY THINKING-IF HE GOT HIS OWN NAME WRONG?
OR is his middle name Really christopher, and he hates it so he goes by thomas c "charles" henry?
which raised the nickname issue; and proper formatting- "enclosed by parentheses"?
why did the Mayor need a separate paper attesting to his being a "democrat in good standing" signed and dated by the dem co chairman- John Court? seems an unnecessary gesture?
like what defines whos a "good democrat" and who isnt?

this letter is confidential, and not to be released or read to/by anybody else, without my express written permission, due to possible retaliation.
I am the person who has been most vocal, and has sent many e-mail complaints to law enforcement agencies, such as fort wayne crime stoppers, the allen county sheriff, the fwpd, and many others. I have documentation, and proof that I am the "Cherrymaster". I want these machines legalized to eliminate police, and political corruption by our law enforcement, judiciary, executive and legislative branches of indiana govt, fed, state, and local. I sent a detailed complaint to Lt Folks of the Roanoke office of the indiana ATF, enumerating my personal investigation and findings about local "racketeers" and "criminal gang activities" occuring in most of these licensed establishments.
but this is just the tip of the iceberg.
I also have proof of illegal activities by the FWPD, in the form of a paper trail into the local "amusement device ordinance", recently repealed by our city council, as well as proof of corruption by the helmke administration in this matter, as welllas anytime any state or local legislator brings up the subject, the have indicted themselves with violating their oaths of office to uphold the laws of the state.
Either our government is ignorant, and stupid, and hasnt read the laws that they are entrusted to enforce, or they are crooked by allowing an ilegal racket such as this to operate in allen county for as long as it has.
I can name on too many ocassions where local city cops have worked "security" just mere feet away from these illegal devices, and could not have helped but see teh bartenders, or servers commiting crimes by paying off on these so-called "amusement devices".
I have never had so much fun, and been so amused by these cherrymaster "slot machines" as I have been in documenting the systemic corruption in our fine so-called "city of churches". I have documentation from the indianapolis star, where Senator Wyss has admitted in print his personal knowledge of these machines. I have written letters to crimestoppers to get reward moiney( which I never received) for information on criminal activities.
Except that I am not a cop of any kind, I think I have been more than diligent in investigating this matter, and the proof speaks for itself.
there have certainly been more than enough articles in newspapers about gambling in Indiana, both legal, and illegal, and anybody that is either an officer of the courts, such as judges, lawyers, prosecutors, police, and has read the laws should and would know better about the penalties they could face.

anyway, I am the covert operative in this crackdown, because we either must live with the laws on the books, or change them, which is why we live under the so-called "rule of law". to do so otherwise is to follow the slippery slope into depotism, and dictatorship, such as that under the arbitrary rule of Hitler and the Nazis, for which you fought against, which millions died to defeat. I too took an oath to "protect and defend the constitution against its enemies, both foreign , and domestic, until I realized that often times, it is our own government which is the enemy, or those officials which use the laws to their own advantage.
Indiana is at a crossroads. Just as Las vegas was, when it was controlled by organized crime, and racketeers. legitimizing presently illegal gambling, and ending "gambling prohibition" in all its forms, and taxing, regulating, and legalizing these activities is the only way to bring this dark chapter into the light of day.
It has nothing to do with the casinoassociation.org, or others in indiana.
the republicans, and the christians who abhor gambling, and liberals such as myself who abhor illegal gambling, and political and systemic corruption, where crime pays are the ones who are responsible for "ratting out" the criminals. I'm suprised that anybody will be allowed to keep their liquor licenses, or be allowed to remain in business, after criminal rico activities of this magnitude.
anyway, as Al Capone once said "Boys, Its a big enough (cherry) pie that we can all get rich.

My maternal grandfather, who was a Federal BATF agent during another prohibition would be proud of me for taking a stand against this criminal racketeering.
thank you for your time and trouble reading this, and I look forward to a response, after you investigate the facts, and if you need more information concerning this matter, I will be happy to oblige, as I am a self-taught expert on this matter, as well as others relating to state laws.
I may run for state rep in Randy Borrors district, on a platform of changing the laws to reflect the current conditions, and reform this systemic corruption. I think that the sooner Indiana becomes more like Las Vegas again, the better off our local economy will be. Meanwhile, fire everybody, and start with a clean slate.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:

GIAQUINTA SEEKS MORE INFORMATION ON LOCAL VIDEO GAMING ISSUES
INDIANAPOLIS – State Rep. Ben GiaQuinta (D-Fort Wayne) will ask the Indiana State
Alcoholic Beverage Commission (ABC) to provide proof that recent crackdowns on video gaming
machines in Allen County were generated through citizen complaints, rather than an effort to protect
Indiana’s gambling industry.
GiaQuinta said today he is filing a formal Freedom of Information request with the agency to
gain more information on allegations made by the Indiana Excise Police that led them to conduct
raids on various American Legion posts and other businesses in the Fort Wayne area.
“If my constituents are the people who are generating these complaints, that is something I
need to know,” GiaQuinta said. “However, I have yet to receive the first constituent phone call
concerning these machines. I have received calls from officials with local American Legion posts
expressing their concern over the ability to continue their operations.
“I find it interesting that, after years of operating with few complaints, we are asked to believe
that citizens unleashed a barrage of complaints about these machines just a couple of months after
Gov. Mitch Daniels took office,” he added. “I have a hard time believing that coincidence. I believe
the governor should level with the public and admit that the recent crackdown is the result of new
policies through his office.”
GiaQuinta stated that any decision about enforcement of current law is in the hands of the
governor and his appointees.
“They should level with the public and simply admit that state sponsored gambling is the only
gambling they will allow,” GiaQuinta said. “We have lost any moral argument in this matter by
legalizing lotteries and off-track betting. The people behind this should go ahead and admit that the
recent crackdown is being caused by the state and the legal gambling industry protecting their
financial interests.”
Under the Freedom of Information Act, the state ABC has up to seven days to respond to a
request received in writing.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:

GIAQUINTA: COMPLAINT ON LOCAL GAMING RAISES MORE QUESTIONS, GIVES FEW ANSWERS
INDIANAPOLIS – Rather than answering questions about public concerns on video gaming machines in Allen County,
information provided by the Indiana Alcohol and Tobacco Commission provides greater evidence that recent crackdowns are
designed primarily to protect Indiana’s gaming industry, according to State Rep. Ben GiaQuinta (D-Fort Wayne).
In response to a Freedom of Information request filed by GiaQuinta, officials with the commission sent the lawmaker
an anonymous letter complaining about the presence of video gambling machines (more commonly known as “cherry
masters”) in more than 60 establishments in the county.
“There are any number of questions that arise from this letter,” GiaQuinta said. “We were told that this crackdown
was the result of a series of complaints filed by a number of area citizens. When we ask for more information, we are shown
an anonymous letter that offers one mass complaint.
“I do not advocate illegal gambling in the state of Indiana. However, for us to decide whether cherry masters should
be licensed and monitored, it is important to gauge public sentiment on the scope of this problem,” he added. “One mass
complaint does not provide an indication of widespread public concern. It is not farfetched to consider whether this single
letter was submitted as an effort to protect the gaming industry.”
The legislator said the response from the commission confirmed their fears that legal gaming interests might be
behind the effort to take a revenue source away from fraternal organizations.
“I have spoken to the officials at a number of American Legion posts, all of whom have told me that they were
paying taxes on any income from these machines and putting much of that revenue back into their communities,” said
GiaQuinta, a World War II veteran.
“These people deserve to get straight answers from public officials, rather than evasions and half-truths,” he
continued. “The chairman of the alcohol and tobacco commission has admitted publicly that he discussed the recent
enforcement push with the governor’s office. He should have admitted that from the beginning.”
GiaQuinta compared the efforts to crack down on video gaming with the state’s endorsement of legalized gambling
through the slogan, “Fun is Good!”
“This motto puts a seal on the state’s endorsement of games that have far worse odds of success than those offered
through these fraternal organizations,” GiaQuinta said. “When the state offers odds of less than one in 250 million on a
Powerball jackpot, it is neither ‘fun’ nor ‘good’ that citizens are encouraged to buy a chance. At least these establishments
have an incentive to keep their customers happy.
“It is becoming obvious that the current administration has no intention of addressing this issue in any manner that
benefits the public,” he noted. “I will be continuing to monitor their inaction, with an eye toward taking my own action in the
2006 session of the Legislature.”

Democratic mayoral candidate Tom Henry said he has heard the same kinds of complaints — not the least of which were from his wife, Cindy. She faced numerous, time-consuming hurdles with the construction of a smoking patio at the Green Frog Inn, the Spring Street bar she has owned for the last seven years. “Sometimes I don’t think city workers understand the importance of time to businesses,” Henry said.
Cindy Henry said her business took two big hits this year, first from the city’s new smoking ban and then from the state’s crackdown on Cherry Masters and other forms of gambling popular in bars. She couldn’t do anything about the gambling law, but she decided to build an outdoor smoking patio to accommodate her smoking customers.
But the neighborhood bar sits right on the sidewalk and is practically landlocked. In order to meet the city’s requirements for the patio’s size, handicapped access, fencing, etc., Cindy Henry had to hack off 10 feet of the adjacent corner building, which she also owns.
“It cost me a fortune,” she recalled.
But she couldn’t tear the building down, because it once was a gas station and demolition would require the even more expensive removal of the underground storage tanks. It’s also a source of revenue as she rents it seasonally to a fireworks retailer.
Cindy Henry also had to pay the legal fees and complete the paperwork to legally join the two properties. When she finally got her building permit, she posted it on the window of the former station since that’s where the work was occurring.
Then, to her frustration, an Allen County building inspector came along and issued a stop work order, about 4 p.m. on a Friday, because he didn’t see a permit in the bar’s window.
“He didn’t walk around the other side, he didn’t come in and ask,” she recalled.
Because she couldn’t reach anyone to reverse the order, “we lost a whole weekend’s work.”

Local briefs
National Cigar Store closing after raid
A downtown fixture is going out of business a week after state officials confiscated six illegal gambling machines and about $2,680 in cash. Owner Frank Bell confirmed the National Cigar Store at 123 W. Main St. will close, but declined to say why. Indiana Gaming Control Division officers last week found four Cherry Master machines and two pull-tab machines at the business.

David,
I received your emails, but am unclear about your intent. If it is your intent to file a complaint, the emails are acceptable and we will review them as such.
If you are filing a challenge to a candidacy, the proper paperwork (CAN-1) must be filed in our office by noon today.

ADDITIONAL CANDIDATE CHALLENGE- CAN-1;
MAYOR HENRY'S CAN-12- FILING
MAYOR HENRY'S CAN-12- FILING
I was on Facebook yesterday; and someone suggested I should check Cindy Henry's FB page- well- as they say- its not the crime; its the cover-up.
Yesterday- her Fb page in the "ABOUT"- said :
WORK-
PAST AND PRESENT DEMOCRAT COMMITTEE CHAIR POSITIONS- 3rd district; and something else- I didnt "screen shot" it; or i would enclose that-
BUT_ I should think that a Spouses political activities- WHICH SHE INCLUDED IN "WORK"- should be included in a SPOUSES A employment- whether paid or unpaid- a Political position is employment; it involves fund raising, networking; and as a Political position- (paid or unpaid)- I would think that would involve may potential conflicts of interest- all across the political and governmental spectrum- much as a LABOR UNION BOSS (THUG? LOL)- WOULD ALSO BE CONSIDERED THE SAME..
for the record- this woman has been a constant political obstruction; and saboteur- of all my politcal activities- so- i do no like that woman cindy henry; not one bit,
Tom Henrys part in all this? well- Hes collateral damage.. so its a 2 f or one deal.. .Politcal franz ferdinand and his wife.. one; both whatever.. LOL..
THANK YOU FOR CHECKING THIS ITEM.
keep warm and carry on

THATS ABOUT IT FOR THE E-MAIL CORRESPONDENCE FOR ACEB MEETING 2-18-2015
X
ONE INTERESTING NOTE:
THE MAYOR'S DEFENSE TEAM OF LAWYERS ON STAFF/RETAINER
pro-bono, im sure..
FAILED TO PUT THIS ISSUE TO REST BY SHOWING THE MAYORS BIRTH CERTIFICATE; OR EVEN A REDACTED ONE- TO PROVE TO THE ACEB; AND THE COURT OF PUBLIC OPINION- JUST WHAT THE MAYORS MIDDLE NAME IS?
IF ITS CHARLES; THEN HIS CANDIDACY IS INVALIDATED/CANCELED, AND HE'S OFF THE BALLOT.
IF ITS christopher- well- we learned something new and interesting about the Mayor-
like he misrepresented/ etc( ok- maybe he just doesnt like his real middle name, so goes by something else.. CARLOS ESTEVEZ-CHARLIE SHEEN, ETC..?
ANYWAY- AS I STATED AT THE ACEB MEETING- AN AVERAGE CITIZEN- IS NOT PERMITTED TO SIMPLY WALK INTO A HOSPITAL BIRTH RECORDS DEPT; OR THE COUNTY BIRTH RECORDS DEPARTMENT; AND SAY "SHOW ME THE BIRTH CERTIFICATE".
and of course- thats because of identity theft concerns, public safety concerns post 911 laws; and so on.
BUT -IF THE QUESTION WAS RAIDED IN A QUASI- COURT/JUDICIAL HEARING/PROCEEDING- AND IT WAS IMPORTANT TO AN ELECTION FOR THE PEOPLE TO KNOW, ETC; WELL- I WOULD HOLD A PRESS MEETING AND SAY - "YES- HERE IT IS- LETS PUT THIS TO REST.
AND MOVE ON"
BUT- IF THE BIRTH CERTIFICATE IS DIFFERENT THAN THE CANDIDATE FILING FORM; WELL NOW WE HAVE AN INTERESTING CAMPAIGN/ELECTION DEBACLE.. SCANDAL; ETC-
