WHY IS THAT? WHAT ARE THEY HIDING? THEY CLAIM ITS SO THE BAD GUYS DONT KNOW- BUT THE GOOD GUYS- THE CITIZENS- ALSO  CANT  KNOW WHATS GOING ON- WHICH LEADS TO   PROPAGANDA; AND MIS INFORMATION. • theres a lot that have to go; and a lot of good ones.. I have a list.. Russell York- gone. Cincy Joyner - gone. Marty bender- Gone. most of the FWPD command staff- GONE- replaced with experienced high ranking Military Veterans- fire the incompetents.
  Mayor Henry and PSD Yokr- act like well- 2014- crime was down- well- they sure didnt do much the previous 3 years, now did they.. and so on.. all the mayor knows how to do is enrich himself and his cronies by spending OUR money.. so- imnot mad at anybody- i just want competence; accountability , openess and transparency with our Police-just lie ever other community is demanding and the DOJ; and the AG Holder; and soon since the recent numerous accounts of abuse of power by Police across the USA for starters.   David Roach OH- I support city Unions . all the good workers. the Mayor could have done more to elect democrats last election. and i see little action this one- i predict a 9-0 sweep by the GOP; and maybe even the mayors office- so that means TEA Party dictatorship.

  Chris Hoffman David I read this post. What message is it attempting to get out. Looked like the author had a poor grasp on the english language and his poorly stated beliefs werent substantiated with any facts.

 1- we the people are blocked from follwing our public safety activities like when you could listen to scanners. now- its only the media; and certain authorized people. who changed the rules? are we THAT in fear of Terrorists? the police say- well- we dont want the "bad guys listening in- well- they were listening in back when anyone could buy a scanner, and it was no big deal. a digital scanner is hundreds of dollars. Seems to me- theres web sites to listen to other cities scanner traffic- so hyw not here in FTW? its just more cash to pour into "nelson peters money pit- the 9-11 dispatch. 
next- if the FWPD are going to have social media-keep it up dated- put out infor like this- bank robberies; be on the lookout alerts, warrants, etc- social media and smart phones are a valuable policing and citizens crime prevention tool

Lastly- if your the Mayor- 1- dont lie and say you dont know about the cops wrecking the homeless's already pathetic existences; and also- dont say fort wyane public safeyt is wonderful when they then go checkout social media and see- well- noupdates since 2013. what are other cops doing and other cities? so- the Mayor comes off as an idiot..
