David Christopher Roach I 'm from Michigan, and I'm interested in buying 200 starter plants to grow my medical marijuana clinic business. I'm willing to divide the legal profits from my clinic with your department to help out with the payroll. I understand Huntington County is broke, and has to call in SWAT teams, and other logistical support from adjacent counties to meet even the most basic of operations. Like if all those Cannabis Plants were peppersin a basement greenhouse, well... you get the picture, i think.

David Christopher Roach You guys did your jobs well, safe, no one got hurt( unlike other nearby cities- where citizens get shot all the time)and the law is the law, but see- with a little outside the box thinking, you can raise 100, grand( 200 plants- grown to maturity- clinic proceeds from patients, split 50-50. thats an extra 100 grand, all legal. What better solution for a cash strapped law enforcement jurisdiction. Stoners are just like the guy next door- or the judge, or lawyer, or doctor, or even governor. you know? I'm not being a smart ass- ( well- a tiny bit) but how do you break the ice on the subject of legalization of Marijuana, with those folks that deal with it all the time( no pun intended).
