first- i probably shouldnt  write or speak to you -  as im "suing" your uncle. ( such an ugly word-)- I dont think of it that way- its a political  thing- nothing more- id do the same no matter who was in office..if the  laws  said it was proper.

First- we are all on the same side- of the USA, baseball hot dogs, apple pie and chevrolet; etc.. wave the flag for democracy; and the rule of law. this "adversarial nature of these election related issues is silly. We both gained useful knowledge- a free education on this new law; and  so on.
We are testing the laws, making the laws work;  establishing Precedent.
as the joker is fond of saying "why so serious"?( to keep this "light".

SO-
Lets cut all the legalistic mumbo-jumbo;legal VOODO witch doctor tricks.

we both know Mayor Henry made a big filing mistake.. sent some errand boy to file his paperwork.  if you check the laws- version b- effective 1-01-2015- one must file in person and sing  in front of a notary; or election board clerk.

You are a lawyer, Your uncle has a whole staff of lawyers at his call.
so- WHY DID YOU GUYS MISS THIS?

ok- I admit my "evidence" wasnt in the prescribed form the courts require. but that  obfuscates the point- nor make it any less valid..

his middle name ISCharles. it isnt christopher( says me.)..(granted.).
I know the difference between ones name on the statement of candidacy; and how it should appear on the ballot. those are 2 different "fields" on a form- and dont have to be the samer.
AS i argued at the ACEB hearing feb 18th- thomas "christopher" Henry and Thomas "charles" Henry are 2 different people..
one is a real politician and the other is an erroneous person- a fiction.
so- one cant distinguish between thomas c. henry- charles or christopher..  henry- who won the election? seems THOMAS CHRISTOPHER HENRY WON.. - who isnt even a real person.. right?

the name game- as shakespeare said' WHATS IN A NAME?- you may recall a couple years ago- I tried o put my name on the ballot as :D. C  "legalize Marijuana" Roach-  fits the 20 letters requirement.  I dont recall off hand if I had the same at the topof the "statement of candidacy"; or if I had "David Christopher Roach.

BUT please- dont take me for stupid and not knowing the difference that ones full legal name as it appears on their birth certificate on their "candidacy filing" and how they wish it to appear on the ballot- are one and the same. Youre a lawyer- you know they are not..

NEXT POINT- the legal requirement  for filing the Can 12( statement of economic interest)- must be filled out FirstT- before one is permitted to fill out their can 42;or CFA forms. YOURE A LAWYER-   you know that.

the only form that can be amended is the CFA paperwork. the can 42; and can 12- are not; and you get one chance to fill it out; and thats it- the can 12- is the first thing; and if found to be defective( 3 legged stool)- it kicks out the other legs; and your OUT!.

If you have perused my ACEB appeal- 02c01-1505-MI-000256-

supporting evidence cited in my election  contestment  - we see that the can 12 is incomplete; inaccurate( to be kind and polite)-  perjured..- BOTCHED- as again- the mayors and his spouses 2014 economic interests arent fullly disclosed..

of course- one often doesnt receive their w-2s by january 30( the legal IRS/IND dept of revenue deadline)- AND-ones taxes - the best indicator of ones economic interests; and business  related items- arent due until april 15th- a 60 day gap- by law-
AGAIN- ones can 12 econ int form is required to be filed before  one can file any other election paperwork. its is clear as glass.

so- the longer this all drags out- the longer the mayor is going to be "tarnished" in the "court of public opinion"- as being 2 faced-
on the one hand-he has stated on the record in front of demetrious lewis, WFFTTV- in an interview- as theMAYOR IS GOING TO HAVE THE MOST TRANSPARENT OPEN AND ACCESSIBLE ADMINISTRATION; and on the other hand- EXCEPT FOR THE EXCEPTIONS- like dont ask me to show my birth certificate; or  taxes or my spouses..

so which is it? what is the mayor trying to hide from the public? why wont he come clean? why has he clammed up?
WHY IS THE MAYOR STONEWALLING?
didnt RICHARD NIXON MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE?

Its not the crime; its the cover-up.we dont want the voting public to think the mayor is a crook?

Imagine if youwill- all sorts of ridiculous  political circus/theatre acts- -  maybe haginf a clam bake in front of city hall? or a nixon halloween mask- "the mayris a crook?"
ITS NOT THE CRIME ITS THE COVERUP?

even mitt romney was harangued about HIS taxes..

YOU DONT NEED THE HEADACHES.. nor does TOM CHARLES OR TOM CHRISTOPHER- whichever it is.. 2 face..

hmmm-ask anyone- I can make a real PR headache for politicians.Ive already been on the city council call in shows- 2 times- which run dozewns of times asking about the mayors   birth certificate; his taxes; his emails; his  city TV informercial; his "mayors minute radio blurbs; his " hi immayor henry" on the city county govt  message on hold.
the public safety directors cop cars..
TONY BENNET. JILL LONG..   DONALD TRUMP; M,ITT ROMNEY.

President Obama finally publshed his birth certificate to silens the SQUEAKY WHEELS.
DITTO FOR THE  TAXES..

AND-

  clammming up and denying everything- pleading the 5th- heck- even MICHAEL CORLEONE-  at the  SENATE HEARING didnt plead the 5th( he perjured the hell out of himself..)

why not just tell the truth? BE HONEST; OPEN, TRANSPARENT; ACCESSIBLE;  PUT THIS TO REST-?

crooks and lairs- isnt that what people commonly say abut politicins?
this is going to be a TIGHT ELECTION CYCLE.

YOU GUYS DONT NEED THE AGGRAVATION.
and besides- ITS THE RIGHT THING TO DO..

when did that become a bad thing?

You failed to address the issue about defective voting machines- or hardware or software glitches- or poll books- ; or the other issues i have raised.. in my court cases, my ACEB filings, my ACEB appeal- which is still pending;


I well know the difference between a candidate challenge; a election law complaint and a contestment; AND a recount; for that matter..

I know the laws about deadlines- since 1991.I have been casually reading election laws. maybe not the annotated cases or  nit picky minutia    " IM NOT "HARVEY DENT"- a lawyer. 

OH- i also KNOW- TIM PAPE  should have recused himself "sua sponde" at the 2 election board hearings and acted improperlyby appearing on TV.

I know JACK MORRIS PERJURED HIMSELF  at the ACEB hearing too-  I have the tape..

so- bottom line  MY FRIEND.

Lets just giveth epeople what they deserve the truth- the birth certificate; the taxe returns for economic interests; the official acct emails; etc..

no drawn out FOIA;public information games.
or subpoenas; or so on. it only makes the MYOR LOOK BAD. from a  re-election stand point..

JUST DO THE RIGHT THING.. lol- IRONIC- asking a LAWYER to do the right thing..

and one last thing- Im sure the citizens-"we the people" would enjoy a full disclosure of the HENRY FAMILY BUSINESS SYNDICATE-who all the extended henry family is- all their businesses; how they relate to the Mayor and city govt; and soon..

we have Jerome Henry; and Marganelle  Applegate; as  family patriarchs and matriach ( godfather..lol.)

we have "17 kids and counting"; we then have  tom; Lou. Tony and Jerry- bar owners; and business men.
we have the "frog lady"( cindy )  the dog lady (spca?- Jessica? i think?
we have JOHN HENRY- the GOP "black shppe; we have Matt- the PR guy.

we have dozens of others- family friends, cronies, neighbors,   nepotism;  a web of campaign contributors whose cash goes into one big pot..
fine for a family bad for a family of politicians..


OK- so the contestment- has firm footing- legal grounds-  we have   defective filings-   we have wrong names- JEEZ-   CANT EVEN FILL OUT A WAL MART APP?
with LAWYERS A FAMILY MEMBERS?

we have like i said- a wide nexxus of economic interests- ONE BIG POT- 

not to mention the illewgal cherrymasters; the  money laundering, bank fraud, tax evasion- oh yes i know about all that tpp which will also be DEMAGOGUED  TO THE HILT THIS RE-ELECTION YEAR..

headaches youjust dont need or want.
no bucks no buck rogers.. - meaning- if the mayor os OUSTED-  and his SPOUSE- the frog lady- well-  the honey pot runs dry.

do the right thing-SHOW US THE BIRTH CERTIFICATE AND THE TAX FORMS. thwo yourself on the mercy of the court of public opinion.
I admit- MAYOR TOM  is "LIKEABLE ENOUGH"..  who knows..

again- as in the godfather( another large  extended family)-    ITS NOTHING PERSONAL- ITS JUST POLITICS.
